These jelly-organisms are inedible to many predators, and disruptive to the lakes&#8217; ecological balance.&#8221; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/quirks\/2014\/11\/22\/2014-11-22-1\/\">CBC report)<\/a>.
