View <a href=\"http:\/\/halifaxfieldnaturalists.ca\/hfnWP\/?p=3819#more-3819\">Post (Apr 29, 2017)<\/a> . <\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/halifaxfieldnaturalists.ca\/hfnWP\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DNR-Responses-to-Questions-from-Halifax-Field-Naturalist-2.pdf\">detailed response<\/a> was received from NSDNR Minister Margaret Miller on Aug 24, 2017. <\/p>\n<p>The Conservation Committee expressed its thanks to  Minister Miller for the response.<\/p>\n<p>The Conservation Committee is currently reviewing the document and invites comments on the <a href=\"http:\/\/halifaxfieldnaturalists.ca\/hfnWP\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DNR-Responses-to-Questions-from-Halifax-Field-Naturalist-2.pdf\">NSDNR Response<\/a> from members. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Conservation Committee of the Halifax Field Naturalists submitted a document, Impacts of forestry in Nova Scotia on conservation of biodiversity: Concerns and Questions, to government on April 19, 2017.
