The Fundy Geological Museum, Ottawa House by the Sea Museum, FORCE Centre and the Town of Parrsboro are hosting a second Rising Sea Level Conference in Parrsboro, NS, on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th, 2013. (The (first was in 2012.) The 2-day conference includes talks and field trips addressing the effects of sea level rise and increased storm activity and how we can mitigate them.
